Deandra Casados, NCC, LCPC

Mental Health Therapist

Deandra Casados is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. She obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family studies. With a growing curiosity for human behavior and a passion to help others, she pursued her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During her graduate internship, she worked with adults presenting with a diverse range of needs in the Charlotte area. Upon graduation, she sought out a position at one of the top general Hospitals in the United States, renowned for its mental health and psychiatric services. This experience allowed her to work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 6 to 22 years old, alongside their families. She helped clients who presented with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other mood disorders. More recently, Deandra moved into the private practice setting to expand on her expertise's as a mental health therapist and incorporate couple’s counseling services.

Angela Robertson, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Angela Robertson is an Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed (OTR/L) in Maryland. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor degree in Biology from Frostburg State University. Angela went on to receive a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Towson University. Angela's varied experience in outpatient, inpatient, community, home health, and school settings primarily with children, adolescents, and young adult populations, has cemented her passion for providing multifaceted care that promotes physical and mental health. Increasingly, Occupational Therapy (OT) and psychotherapy are being used in concert to create a comprehensive and effective treatment for mental health concerns. OT presents clients with practical strategies and activities to help them incorporate therapeutic skills and techniques into everyday life, filling the gap between the therapist-led sessions and real-world application. By integrating both therapeutic modalities together, Angela is able to provide clients with supplemental services focused towards real-world situations and ultimately leading to improved outcomes.

Annemarie Mazzuca, MSW, LCSW-C

Mental Health Therapist & Board Approved Supervisor

Annemarie Mazzuca is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland and a Board of Social Work approved Supervisor. She received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Siena College before pursuing a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Chicago. Having practiced social work for over 20 years in a variety of medical settings ranging from community care to inpatient and outpatient services, Annemarie has experienced working with a wide range of diagnoses from a truly diverse population of clients. She is passionate about providing a comprehensive approach to client care, ensuring that mental, emotional and physical health are all supported in unison. Working with clients in a collaborative process to promote both mental and physical health wellness has been a rewarding experience allowing her to promote improved treatment outcomes and long-term wellness. Annemarie looks to continue her work with clients in the private practice setting by incorporating her prior experiences to help with depression, postpartum depression, trauma, anxiety, caregiver burnout, grief and loss.

Ariana O'Shea, MSW, LMSW

Mental Health Therapist

Ariana O’Shea is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Maryland. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), both from Tulane University. Ariana has a diverse background in mental health and medical social work. With experience as an outpatient mental health worker in clinics focusing on early psychosis intervention and women's health, she became well-versed in perinatal mental health. Ariana has supported clients who have experienced reproductive loss, pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety. She helps adolescents and adults understand how their environment, relationships, and emotional well-being influence their mental and physical health. She is thoughtful, approachable, and creates a supportive space for growth. Client support and quality mental healthcare are among her highest priorities.
