It is common to experience anxiety, worry, isolation, numbness, or anger, as these are survival mechanisms evolved to protect and safeguard. However, these defenses can sometimes disconnect individuals from their true selves and their relationships. Her goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and live life to the fullest. The healing process starts with creating a safe and understanding environment. As social beings, building a strong connection and positive atmosphere is at the heart of our work. Her approach is versatile, utilizing a range of techniques like Mindfulness-Based Practices, Breathwork, and Expressive Arts. She tailors these tools to best fit your needs, equipping you with the resources to explore your emotions and become more self-aware. Bridgit has had the privilege of witnessing individuals make enduring changes, improving their relationships with themselves and their loved ones.
