Therapeutic Approach

Drawing upon diverse modalities and interventions such as Person-Centered psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive techniques, Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed care, and more; I seek to offer empathetic support which meets individuals where they are in life. My primary goal is to ensure that the client's wellbeing is improved holistically and sustainably, attending to mental health alongside any presenting physical ailments in a collaborative process to promote complete health wellness.

I provide an integrative, personalized therapy experience to each of my clients. My use of family systems and collaborative approaches support the individualized plan for best serving the clients therapeutic needs. Guiding clients to develop skills that will help manage your personal situations is a priority; by building trust in our relationship together, I create a secure atmosphere where we can process life's events without judgment. Furthermore, my approach focuses on the mind and body connection while taking into account community and environmental factors.

Mental health is an essential component of living a healthy and fulfilling life, yet it can often be overlooked.
