We are searching for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist with excellent therapeutic skills to become part of our team: someone who is passionate and enthusiastic, proficient in mental health therapy techniques, and open to working with a diverse population of clients. The ideal therapist:
- Licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) - LMSW and LGPC licenses will be considered based on experience
- Manage a caseload of 10 - 25 clients based on employment position
- Two years of experience providing direct clinical services
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Well-versed in evidence-based and strengths-based approaches to mental health services
