Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing emotional and behavioral conditions, and developing effective treatment strategies to address clients' needs. You’ll play a critical role in fostering healing and resilience by delivering thoughtful, client-centered care and advocating for positive mental health outcomes.

Licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Effectively manage a caseload to maintain 25 billable service hours per week

Two years of experience providing direct clinical services

Well-versed in evidence-based and strengths-based approaches to mental health services

Associate Clinical Director

Clinical Leadership and Supervision:

Provide direct supervision to the clinical team, ensuring adherence to best practice.

Policy and Procedure Implementation:

Assist in developing, implementing, and updating clinical policies and procedures for regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Monitor and evaluate policy effectiveness, recommending adjustments as needed.

Ensure team training and adherence to established policies and protocols.
Client Care:

Maintain and manage a client caseload of 10-15 clients per week.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all clinical services.
Quality Assurance:

Identify areas for improvement in clinical services and develop enhancement strategies.

Monitor client outcomes and utilize data to inform program development.

Oversee clinical workflows to ensure efficiency and high-quality care.

Evaluate operational and clinical standards for review with leadership for continuous improvement.

Conduct clinician performance reviews and provide feedback.
Performance Oversight & Clinical Development:

Evaluate clinical team performance through meetings and reviews.

Stay updated on advancements in mental health practices to guide staff development.
Program Development and Strategic Planning:
